Breadshare is a social enterprise aiming to provide quality organic loaves and community involvement in baking.
As they bake to order and involve a two day dough maturation process loaves need to ordered well in advance. All the loaves are baked without adding yeast.
For Monday and Tuesday I order the loaves Friday morning.
For Wed and Friday deliveries I order them Sunday night.
Wheat Sourdough BreadSlowly fermented wheat bread with a tasty crust and chewy crumb. Vegan friendly. Dough is roughly one third white flour, two thirds wholemeal flour.
